Returns

At Glow With Envy, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please review our policy below:


🔸 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your candle or product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email address].

  • Include your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a description of the issue.

  • Once reviewed, we will either replace the item or issue a store credit.


🔸 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used candles

  • Sale items / clearance items

  • Gift cards


🔸 Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, we recommend placing a new order after your return request is processed.
